My name is Kevin Moore. I shoot porn. And I have a minor obsession with panties.

I discovered at a young age that I had a fetish for watching girls try on panties and show off their butts. As I got older, I realized playing out my fantasy was even better than thinking about it, and I started having my girlfriends put on panty fashion shows. It got even better when I learned that oiling up the girl's ass, and grinding between her cheeks was the ultimate payoff.

I shot a few amateur Panty Pops in the late 90s, but nothing special. When I moved to Los Angeles in 2002 to pursue my dream of shooting porn fulltime, I shot a few Pops here and there with extra spending money. In 2004, I started releasing movies for my own studio, Jekyll & Hyde Productions, and included bonus Panty Pops on each DVD. The reaction to the Pops was almost bigger than the movies themselves, and I realized my little fetish was shared by a lot of fans out there. In 2007, I decided I had finally amassed enough scenes to launch my site, which has since gotten bigger than I ever dreamed.

Since then, as the site has grown, I've had the opportunity to shoot Panty Pops with some of my all-time favorite girls, including Jenna Haze, Tiffany Mynx, Rebeca Linares, Jenny Hendrix and Rachel Starr. It's a tough job, but somebody has gotta do it, right?

In 2010, one of my all-time favorite directors, John "Buttman" Stagliano (the owner of Evil Angel), decided to release the first Panty Pops DVD through his Buttman Magazine Choice division. After almost 6 years of keeping these scenes web-exclusive, we decided to release a limited number of DVDs per year. You can check out all of those titles here.

I have also started shooting some similar content called Spandex Loads, which features girls in skintight leggings. It does feature more full sex scenes than Panty Pops, and I hope to compile enough scenes that I can launch a site in a near future.
